He is a Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine graduate. Shortly after passing internal medicine board examination, he trained in dermatology at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology and was elected co-chief resident.
An Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology, Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Karikomi enjoys teaching medical students and residents.
Dr. Karikomi has broad clinical and surgical interests. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatologic conditions, skin cancer detection especially with the Mole Max, a digital dermoscope and skin cancer surgery, state-of-the art laser treatment of all vascular and pigmented lesions, acne (photodynamic therapy) and photodamage (wrinkles and blotchy skin) with Fraxel laser, BOTOX® and the use of fillers such as collagen and Restylane. His interests also include tumescent liposuction as a sculpting procedure.
Dr. Karikomi is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is member of several national and local dermatology societies.
is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College. She is trained in both Internal Medicine and Dermatologic Medicine. Her dermatology residency was performed at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Lin has an interest in general medicine dermatology, including skin disorders found in children and adults plus cosmetic dermatology.
