Exceptional Service – Every Patient, Every Time
As a new patient, you have the opportunity to fill out all forms prior to your initial appointment through our Patient Portal, but you will need a security code to do so. You will receive a personalized code at the email address you provided upon scheduling your appointment. You may also print the patient forms, fill them out, and bring them in with you to your appointment. If you wish to complete the forms in-office, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Although our cosmetic consultation is not complimentary, this fee will be applied to your cosmetic service so long as it is scheduled within one month of your consultation date. Please call 614-895-0400 for cosmetic consult fee information.
Westerville Dermatology and Aderma Medical Spa accepts American Express, CareCredit (based on approval), Discover, Mastercard, Visa, cash, and personal checks. We do not accept personal checks for cosmetic services or for the purchase of products. We do not offer payment plans other than CareCredit financing, which you can apply for through our office at the time of your appointment or on the CareCredit Website at any time.
24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so or not show up at an appointment without a phone call may result in a no show/late cancellation fee.
All products have a 30 day return policy. If you bring a product back within 30 days of purchase, we can either issue a refund, or issue you a credit on your account to be used towards other products or cosmetic services. Prescription products (Latisse and Tretinoin) are not returnable. If the purchase date is beyond 30 days, we will not be able to return, exchange, or issue a refund.
