What is Silhouette Instalift?

SILHOUETTE INSTALIFT is a minimally invasive technique using specially designed sutures strategically and precisely placed under the skin, suspending sagging tissues and over time creating volume. After a local anesthetic is given, a small opening is made and the suture is inserted with minimal to no discomfort. There is one exit site for each suture. Generally, two to four sutures are used on each side of the face.

These sutures have bidirectional cones which stabilize the sutures. The entire suture is made largely from the same material as Sculptra, Poly L Lactic acid, a dermal filler widely used to add volume by stimulating collagen.

After the suture dissolves, your own tissue is fixed in place. The results last up to 18 months.

Keep in mind, SILHOUETTE INSTALIFT is not a facelift but an alternative that is safe and effective. In contrast, a facelift stretches/removes the skin using incisions and doesn’t give the necessary volume we all need as we age.
